The installation service offered has five stages:
| 1. Estimates & quotations | These are completed free of charge. Written quotations are presented with a CAD diagram clearly documenting power and lighting requirements. |
| 2. Start date confirmation | Once price and start date have been agreed. Written confirmation is dispatched with copies of the specified engineers qualifications and public liability insurance. |
| 3. Installation | All contracts meet the specification of the 16th Edition of the IEE regulations and are carried out with total continuity. |
| 4. Testing | On completion all installations are tested and certified. |
| 5. Handover | When an installation is handed over, the customer is presented with test certificates and written guarantees. |
